Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the raiontech.io website and the Raion Hub platform (together, the “Services”), operated by Raion AI Sdn Bhd 202401026717 (1572566-M) (“Raion”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
The Services
Raion Hub is a sales automation platform for businesses — lead capture, WhatsApp Business messaging, AI-assisted replies, pipeline management, campaigns, and analytics. Features vary by plan; current plans and pricing are described at raiontech.io/pricing. We improve the Services continuously and may add, change, or retire features.
Your account
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
- Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
When using the Services you must not:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate messaging platform rules — including the WhatsApp Business terms — or Malaysian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
- Message individuals without the consent those laws and platform policies require. You are the controller of your customer data and contact lists; obtaining valid consent is your responsibility.
- Upload unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems or other users’ workspaces.
- Resell or white-label the Services except under a written partner agreement with us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these rules, with notice where practicable.
Fees and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. Usage-based allowances and overages, where applicable, are described on the pricing page or your order form.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Third-party charges (such as WhatsApp conversation fees charged by Meta) are separate from our fees unless your plan states otherwise.
Your data
You retain all rights to the business data you bring into the Services — contacts, conversations, and lead records. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that data solely to provide the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable period, after which we delete it in the ordinary course.
Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Raion or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your business while your subscription is active — no other rights are transferred.
Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but they are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we depend on third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp and Meta APIs) whose changes or outages are outside our control. AI-generated replies are assistive — review automation settings and remain responsible for messages sent from your account.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, revenue, or data), and our total liability arising out of the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for that period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Services or email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The latest version always lives at this URL.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
