Every lead, in the right hands.
Round robin, shotgun, skill or territory — Raion auto-assigns every lead by your rules, respects work schedules, and re-routes the moment a rep is unavailable.
From shouting matches to fair routing.
Stop the loudest rep from drowning in leads while quiet reps starve.
All leads land on the loudest rep’s WhatsApp.
- Star rep drowns; everyone else starves
- Off-shift agents still get pinged at 11pm
- Reassignment is a manual Slack message
- No one knows who owns which lead

Auto-routed by your rules. Always fair, always covered.
- Round robin / shotgun / skill / territory
- Respects shifts — only on-duty reps get leads
- No reply in 5 min? Auto-bump to next rep
- Chatbot covers off-hours and holidays
What's inside Smart Lead Assignment.
Six rules that turn random WhatsApp pings into a fair, predictable assignment engine.
Round Robin
Even rotation across the team — every agent gets the same number of leads, no favouritism, no forgotten reps.
Shotgun assignment
Every available rep is notified at once — first to claim wins. Best for hot inbound where speed matters most.
Work schedules
Each agent has shifts and time-off baked in. Leads only land on someone who is actually on the clock.
Skill & territory routing
Route by region, language, product line, or deal size — leads always reach the rep best equipped to close.
Auto-reassignment rules
No reply in 5 minutes? Bumped to the next rep. Sick day? Re-routed automatically. You set the rules, Raion enforces them.
Chatbot working hours
Your AI chatbot covers off-hours and holidays. Comes back online for humans the moment your team’s shift starts.

Frequently asked questions
The most common questions about how routing actually works in practice.
Round robin cycles each new lead to the next agent in sequence — agent A, then B, then C, then back to A — so every rep gets an even share. Shotgun notifies every available agent at once and the first to claim the lead wins it. Round robin is fairer; shotgun is faster. You can mix them per team or per source channel.
You set the rules: most teams use "no reply in 5 min" (bump to next agent), "no claim in 30 sec" (for shotgun), or "agent goes offline / on leave" (instant re-route). You can also build custom triggers — e.g. "if lead value > RM10k and no qualifying message in 2 min, escalate to team lead".
Each agent (or team) has a configurable schedule — Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat half-day, etc. — plus time-off blocks for leave or breaks. The router only assigns to agents currently on shift. Outside everyone's hours, the AI chatbot covers handover automatically.
Yes — depending on role permissions. By default, agents see their own pipeline. Team leads and admins see everyone's. Sales managers can manually reassign or override any lead. Permissions are set in Team Management.
When a shotgun lead drops, every available agent gets a notification on desktop, mobile, and WhatsApp simultaneously. The first agent to tap "Claim" or send the first reply locks the lead. Other agents see "claimed by Sarah" and the lead disappears from their inbox.
